Sophia LaBella is an artist working in digital art. Her works explore themes surrounding her identity, family, rebellion, the idea of home, relationships, loneliness, belonging, and love. Her piece, Lakapati, was most notably displayed in the 2024 Expressions of Color Exhibition at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. She has also earned an award in the 2024 Pacific Northwest College of Art 48-Hour animation challenge, where she animated and created layouts for the film The Beastro, along with the best picture award in the 2025 Pacific Northwest College of Art 48-Hour animation challenge for the film The Princess Tale. Sophia is in the process of receiving a BFA in Animation in 2027.
